10.2 Pocket CPA disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10.3 We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

14.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

14.2 Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Ontario, Canada, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

15.1 Pocket CPA shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or network outages.

16.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.

17.1 These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pocket CPA and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
